If you are using an @iglou.com email address:
You can change your IgLou password by logging into our online Account Manager and clicking on the "Services" menu. You will need your old IgLou password to change your email password. If you have forgotten your IgLou password, please contact technical support by telephone. We will need to verify your identity before we can reset a forgotten password.
If you are using your own domain name in your email address:
You can change your email password in one of two ways:
- Log in to IgLou's Webmail and then click on "Manage Account" at the top right of the page. You will need to re-enter your email address and password when prompted.
- Log in to your hosting account control panel and click on the "Email Accounts" icon. If you do not have the login information to your hosting account's control panel, please contact IgLou technical support for assistance.
